GSP works with Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center, Inc. which is a private physical therapy practice specializing in sports medicine and orthopedics. Linear speed is a valuable asset in many individual and team sports. We incorporate speed training in the form of starting speed, acceleration, deceleration, reactive speed and maximal speed using drills, exercises and skill-based work.
