Shuttle is free for all registered athletes, coaches and other delegation members with the official event ID. Shuttle tickets (5 EUR) may also be bought atEmilia Hotel or ticket sales in Elenia Arena between 27th Nov and 1st Dec.
Shuttle Stops: Petäys Resort, Hämeenlinna Railway Station, Hämeenlinna City (Hotel Emilia) and Elenia Arena.

How to arrive?
The nearest airport is Helsinki (HEL), around 95 km or 1 hour from Hämeenlinna. The best way to travel is by train or by bus (remember to select from Helsinki Airport).
You may also group up with other athletes via our official facebook group.

Remember! All athletes must purchase WHEA competitive licence and sign the anti-doping contract three months before any National or International Championship.
Athletes can qualify to POSA Pole Sports World Championships via two routes:
- The top two/three athletes in each Category in endorsed National Championships
- The winner of each Category of Open Division in endorsed National Championships or Open Championships
Open Divisions are only open for athletes NOT from the countries listed below.
Finland, France, Brazil, United States, Czech Republic, Belarus, Canada, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Slovakia, Korea, Mexico, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, United States, Israel, Romania, Spain, India, Malta.

Individual athletes 50 EUR
Doubles 60 EUR
Coach 30 EUR (max. one per individual/double)
The fee includes shuttle bus between the official hotels and the venue and 5 photos from the official photographer.
Please notice that backstage and warm up area are only allowed to the athletes, coaches and official delegation members!
Deadlines
- Each athlete needs to have a competition WHEA/POSA license with an approved anti-doping contract no later than 29th August 2019.
- Athletes’ registration DL is on 31st October
- Registration for other accredited persons DL is on 31st October.
